実施プログラム内容
自分の役割と適性を発見する。
- 「軸」が定まらずに悩んでいる人こそ、まずは自分自身について見つめ直してみましょう。
一次産業から三次産業までの社会全体の流れ一通り全てを体験していただきます。(農業・加工・企画・販売・事務・・・等)
自分の手で収穫したものを、自分の手で商品に加工し、販売価格・販売戦略などを一から企画し、実際に自分の手でその商品を販売し、最後に集計(事務作業)をします。
全てを体験することによって、自分の適性を見つけましょう。
6日間のタイムスケジュール
DAY1:「体験」
まずは「企業間取引ゲーム」で、自分の適性・社会の仕組みを理解しましょう。
DAY2:「収穫」
グループ会社の寺岡有機農場にて原料(野菜)の栽培に携わります。
DAY3:「加工」
グループ会社の寺岡有機醸造にて製品(醤油)の生産に携わります。
DAY4:「企画」
自ら収穫・加工した商品がどうやったら売れるか、値段も売り方も考えます。
DAY5:「販売」
自分で作った商品を自分で売りますここまでやって初めてお金が稼げます。
DAY6:「事務」
売って終わりではなく最後は事務処理作業。これで一連の流れが終了です。
BONUS:「秘伝」
6日間の体験を振り返り、身をもって感じた事を軸に適性について考えましょう
※実施場所・日程によって内容が異なる場合がございます。
※「収穫」や「加工」はグループ会社である「寺岡有機農場」や「寺岡有機醸造」にて行います。現地までは、インターンシップ参加者全員で当社のバスに乗って移動します。
