【 Job Description】◤Recruitment Background
The company aims to redefine the essence of "work," transforming it into a more meaningful and exciting activity.
Their workstyle platform is a SaaS product that supports diverse working styles—such as meeting room management, hot-desking, and remote work—to realize a "seamless workstyle" independent of location or circumstances.
Starting with the "meeting experience" as a point of departure, the company is challenging itself to fundamentally upgrade the quality of how we work.
Due to the expansion of the product and a growing user base, the scope of technical challenges is broadening significantly, ranging from improving existing features and developing new functions to a complete architectural overhaul.
To navigate this phase of change and growth, the company is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who can lead both the team and the product from a technical perspective.
The development team does not merely "build features"; it pursues "Full-Cycle Engineering," where engineers are consistently involved in everything from problem discovery and product value validation to improvement proposals.

◤Responsibilities・Feature & Product Development:
Organizing requirements for new features and products, followed by server-side design and implementation.
・Server-side
Issue Resolution:
Identifying technical bottlenecks or architectural challenges on the server side and leading the initiatives to solve them.
・Promotion of CI/CD:
Driving continuous integration and deployment practices to ensure stable and efficient development cycles.
・Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Facilitating technical decision-making and empowering the growth of team members through professional guidance and mentorship.

Required
・Experience in server-side development and operations for large-scale web applications
・Development experience using cloud infrastructure such as AWS
・Experience developing web APIs

・5+ years of experience in web application development

・Architecture design considering non-functional requirements
・Development experience using Ruby on Rails
・Experience as a team leader or manager
・Development experience and knowledge of DDD and Clean Architecture
・Experience and knowledge of refactoring
・Experience improving CI/CD and operational design
・Experience with incident response and troubleshooting
