The RoleLead critical technical initiatives from architecture design through implementation and team guidance
Own technology decisions and code reviews across new feature development, improvements, and operations
Drive performance optimization strategies for contract data processing and full-text search at scale
Design and implement microservices architecture to support global expansion and feature velocity
Build LLM inference infrastructure that combines massive document processing with generative AI
Shape technical stack evolution and modernization across the entire platform
Provide hands-on technical mentorship to engineering teams while establishing systems that improve code quality
Identify and solve cross-product technical challenges that impact organizational efficiency
Tech Stack:

Your Skills
Required:
7+ years building web applications with proven architectural ownership
Deep backend expertise using statically-typed languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript)
SPA frontend development experience with React, , or similar frameworks
Public cloud architecture - designing and operating systems on GCP, AWS, or Azure
DDD modeling proficiency and understanding of cloud design patterns
RDB design and performance tuning skills for high-volume data processing
Technical leadership experience guiding development teams
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Valid work authorization for Japan or current Japan residency
Preferred:
Large-scale, high-traffic services experience
SRE/DevOps background with microservices architecture design
SaaS product launch experience from zero to production
Security design and vulnerability remediation knowledge
