<製造スタッフの主な仕事内容>

・パン生地の仕込み、丸め、成形、焼成

・トッピング

・サンドイッチ製造

・洗い物

・店内お掃除

<職場環境>

現在活躍しているスタッフは全員が女性です。シェフも女性なのできめ細やかなサポート体制と女性ならではの視点を活かした働きやすさが特徴です。和気あいあいとした雰囲気ですが仕事中は休む暇がないほどの忙しさです。

<研修について>

入社後はまず、お店の全体像と流れを把握していただくために数回販売(レジ)業務に入っていただきます。その後も月に1回程度、販売業務を担当することでお客様の反応を直接感じながらパン作りができます。未経験の方には先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますが、覚えることは非常に多く強い意欲を持って取り組む姿勢が不可欠です。

<週2日勤務でプライベートとの両立も可能>

営業日は水曜日と土曜日のみなので、ご家庭やWワークとの両立もしやすいです。

仕込みも担当したい方は火・金も勤務可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

週2日〜(水・土 必須)

①7:30~12:00

②9:00~14:00

③14:00~20:00

※日によりますが1時間程度の残業があります

※どの時間帯でも勤務できる方歓迎。

営業日は水・土の週2日ですが、火・金も9:00~14:00に仕込みがあり、希望する方は勤務可能です。

毎月中頃に翌月の勤務希望曜日と時間帯を確認し勤務シフトを作成しています。

目安として週3日勤務で扶養家族の範囲内に収まります。実際にスタッフの多くが週3日勤務です。

休暇・休日:

個別のシフトによる休日

年末年始とお盆には1週間ほど休みます。

アクセス:

南海本線 浜寺公園駅 西出口から徒歩1分。駅前通り左手にあります。 阪堺電車(チンチン電車)でお越しの方は、終点の浜寺駅前駅の目の前にあります。

給与:

時給1,180円〜

昇給あり(これまでは年2回昇給を続けています)

待遇・福利厚生:

交通費規定支給。従業員割引があります。駐車場はありません。
