【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

担当施設の設備設計(空調、衛生設備が中心)を担当いただきます。

・基本設計

・実施設計

・行政対応

・設計や工事提案、受注支援(顧客ヒヤリング、検討・提案書作成、見積提案、顧客への説明)

※ 経験を積んでいただいた後、プロジェクトマネジメント(設計、施工会社、テナント、社内外関係者間の各種調整、スケジュールやコストマネジメントなど)も担当いただく予定です。

・担当施設は大型データセンターです。

・工事内容は新設工事、改修工事です。

・使用CADはVector works(基本設計)、Auto CAD(詳細設計)です。

・残業時間は約38時間です。

・募集背景はデータセンター需要増加による増員募集です。

・試用期間中の条件変更はございません。

・所定労働時間は7時間30分です。

・配属部署はデータセンターエンジニアリング事業本部 プロダクト部です。

・緊急時対応は基本的に協力会社が担当いたします。

※ 内容次第ではご対応いただく可能性がございます。

・夜間の呼び出しはございません。

・休日出勤の場合は振替休日を取得いただきます。

・フレックスタイム制度(コアタイム無)がございます。

・リモートワーク制度(週3日~4日)がございます。

・定年は60歳(再雇用65歳)です。

・賞与は年2回(6月、12月)です。

・有給休暇取得日数は18日/年です。
