<仕事内容>

\拡大中のトランクルーム事業を支えるSV募集/

コールセンターの現場対応とメンバー管理を行う

プレイングマネージャーポジションです。

【主な業務内容】

<1|マネジメント業務>

・コールセンタースタッフ9名の管理(本社7名+岡山営業所2名)

・業務進捗や対応品質の確認

・スタッフの育成・サポート

・リモートでの岡山拠点管理(初回出張の可能性あり)

<2|お問い合わせ対応業務>

・トランクルームに関する問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)

・対応を通じて満足度向上や稼働率アップを目指す施策の実行

★実際にお客様の声を直接受け取りながら、

より良いサービスのための改善提案も歓迎

■必須条件:

・コールセンターのSV経験もしくはそれに準ずる経験をお持ちの方

・一定のITスキルがある方(Excel、Word必須)

・マネジメント経験がある方

・コミュニケーション良く自部署、他部署とも協業できる方

・指示を待つのではなく、自ら課題を発見し、能動的に動ける自走型の方

・KPIを意識した運営ができ、PDCAを自ら回しながら改善提案・実行ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

8:50~17:50 (所定労働時間:8時間0分)

休憩時間:60分

完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

年間有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

完全週休二日制、土曜 日曜 祝日、夏期3日、年末年始5日

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥6,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥18,800〜¥22,500(7時間相当分)を含む。7時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

固定残業手当/月:18,800円~22,500円(固定残業時間7時間0分/月)

超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

※経験やスキルを考慮して決定します。

■自己啓発手当 12,200円~14,700円

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
