仕事内容:

銀行口座などに関わる相続手続きに関する事務をお願いします。

お客様よりヒアリングした相続に関わる顧客情報を基に、最終的に手続きが可能か否かを書類審査などにより判断します。

研修・マニュアルが完備されているので安心です。

・書類審査(手続依頼書、戸籍謄本などの提出書類に記入漏れ等ないか確認)

・相続人特定(提出された書類を基に相続人を特定)
