地銀・地域金融機関(信金・信保・JA)向けの銀行、銀行顧客向けアカウントSI、プロジェクトマネジメント
【職務内容】
地銀・地域金融機関(信金・信保・JA)向けの銀行、銀行顧客のDXを助けるための金融機関向けシステム開発、インフラ導入プロジェクトのアカウントSI、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。
・プロジェクトは業務開発、PKG導入、クラウド(AWS,Azure)サービス導入、DX関連と様々です。
・プロジェクト規模に関しても数名〜数十名、期間も数ヶ月〜2年など様々です。
・プロジェクトリーダのもとでプロジェクト計画、各工程におけるPJ管理(進捗、品質、課題、要員)など、一通りのプロジェクトマネジメント作業やPMO作業を担務いただきます。
・プロジェクト推進の中で、お客様とのコミュニケーションの中でプロジェクトを進めていただきます。
・営業と連携しての新規案件の提案を行う場合もあります。
・経験に応じて、5名程度の小規模プロジェクトのリーダにアサインされる場合もあります。
