Q. 選考のステップはどのようになっていますか?
A. 会社説明会→面接(複数回の場合あり)→内定の流れです。面接では研究経験や志望動機、将来のキャリアについて詳しくお伺いします。
Q. 新入社員研修やフォローアップ研修はありますか?
A. 内定者研修、新入社員研修に加えて、1年目・2年目のフォローアップ研修など充実した教育制度があります。
