【仕事内容】

  • 職務概要:

都心5区(千代田区・中央区・港区・新宿区・渋谷区)を中心としたオフィスビルをメインに商業ビル・賃貸マンション等を対象としたプロパティマネジメントをお任せします。

  • 職務詳細:

・ビルの運営業務、オーナーの対応業務、テナント対応、建物管理対応、レポート作成業務

・予算管理、予算策定、収支管理など

※プロパティマネージャー1名につき約7棟のビルを担当しています。月1回程度、テナント・オーナー訪問を実施します。

※小規模~大規模まで幅広い案件がございます。
