仕事内容
BAKE INC.の新ブランド企画/MD全般をチーフとしてリードいただきます。
年間戦略に基づき、商品企画/原価管理/生産効率化など、商品に関わるあらゆる業務を社内外の関係者と連携しながら推進していただきます。単なるサポートだけではなく、自ら主体的にプロジェクトを動かし、ブランド成長を実現していくポジションです。
具体的な業務
- 商品企画立案、施策推進
- 数値分析(販売計画/予実算管理/原価管理/顧客購買動向)
- 資料作成(売上分析資料/企画プレゼン資料/商品概要資料など)
- OEM、材料メーカーなどとの商談および折衝

- 経営者・ブランド責任者とも距離が近いため、自分の商品企画を実現しやすい環境です。年間戦略をもとに、商品企画を行いますが、その他にもBAKEらしい新しいブランドづくりにも挑戦できる環境です。
- 言われたものをカタチにしていくだけではなく、MD部から発信して新商品の企画を行う場面もあります。BAKEの商品を多くの方に届けること/喜んでいただけることを考え、ブランド責任者とコミュニケーションを取りながら業務に取り組める環境です。
- 少数精鋭の環境となるため、自身のアイデアが取り入れやすい環境です。役職や年齢に関係なく意見を出し合い、新しい施にも前向きに取り組むことが出来ます。
キャリアパス
マネージャーや部長などの縦のキャリアパスに加えて、社内公募制度を活用した横のキャリアパスを目指すことも可能です。(※応募すれば必ず異動できる制度ではございません)また、部長級のプレイヤーは「ディビジョンスペシャリスト」、マネージャー級のプレイヤーは「チームスペシャリスト」として位置づけられ、それぞれの専門性を活かしたハイレベルなキャリアを築くことも可能です。各個人の希望/適性に応じて決定していきます。
