②檜造り木造注文住宅の特徴や魅力のご提案

③お客様のライフスタイルに合わせた間取りプランの作成

④契約から施工、お引渡しまでの進行管理とサポート

⑤お引渡し後の長期的なアフターサービス対応

1.充実の教育制度

自社ホテル2週間泊まり込み研修で基礎を学び、配属後は現場研修と先輩社員の業務講義で実践スキル習得。建築未経験でも体系的にスキルアップ可能。

2.安定した収入基盤

月給24万7千円~29万円スタート、成約実績に応じた業績手当で月次20万円~20万円追加。賞与実績も30万円~609万円と幅広い収入機会。

鶴舞駅徒歩5分の好立地でマイカー通勤可、駐車場完備。営業エリアは名古屋市内中心で遠方転勤なしの地域密着型。

未経験OK(建築知識がなくても全くの問題ありません)

勤務時間・曜日:

9時~18時(実働8時間)休憩60分

基本給:187,000円~247,000円

固定残業代:35,000円~39,000円(35時間分)

住宅手当:25,000円~40,000円

技術手当:3,000円~30,000円

業績手当:20,000円~200,000円(成約実績に応じた月次手当)

車両手当:30,000円~36,000円

残業手当:固定残業代超過分は別途支給

通勤手当:実費支給(月額35,000円まで)

賞与: 年2回支給(前年度実績300,000円~6,096,050円) ※賃金は経験により決定します。賞与は業績により変動します。
