日本における安定した電力供給を守り、発電分野での効率的かつ迅速なCO₂排出削減を実現するため、大型火力発電用ガスパワー発電所の現場で 安全管理・資材管理・設備メンテナンス を担っていただける方を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、EHS(環境・健康・安全)の推進・資材や部品の受入れ・保管・在庫管理・供給・発電設備の点検・保守・メンテナンスを現場の安全性と効率性を高めていただきます。
EHS関連法規や安全管理の知識、資材・物流の経験、機械メンテナンスの基礎スキルをお持ちの方に最適なポジションです。現場経験を活かしながら、改善活動やグローバルチームとの協働を通じて成長できる環境があります。
Job Description
【 仕事内容 】
EHS
(環境・健康・安全)業務
- ガスパワー発電設備における安全管理、法令遵守、リスクアセスメントの実施
- 現場のEHS教育・指導、事故やインシデント発生時の対応・報告
- 日々の現場巡回およびEHS関連記録の管理、改善活動の推進
- ※EHSに関しては、アジア担当のサポートを受けながら業務を進めていただきます。
マテリアルハンドリング業務
- 発電所設備や部品、資材の受入・保管・在庫管理・出庫作業
- 資材管理システムへの入力、在庫レベルの管理・調整
- 資材の搬送、適切な保管・整理および現場への供給
メカニカルサポート業務
- 発電設備の点検、保守・メンテナンス、故障時の一次対応
- 技術的なトラブルシューティング、作業記録の作成
- 現場作業の安全・品質・効率向上への貢献
求める人物像・スキル
- 英語:中級 (読み書き及びコミュニケーションが可能な方・TOEIC700点以上目安)
- 日本語能力レベルN2-N1または同等程度
- 発電所等での現場作業経験(EHS、マテリアルハンドリング、機械メンテナンスのいずれかの経験が望ましい)
- EHS関連法規や一般的な安全管理の知識
- 資材管理や物流業務の基礎知識
- 機械設備の基本的な仕組み・メンテナンス知識
- 必要に応じてフォークリフト・玉掛け等の資格保有者歓迎
