Responsibilities
■具体的な業務内容
- 製品の年間予算(Annual OP)の達成を促進
- 管轄テリトリーの販売チャネルを駆使し、検査センター/企業など主要顧客のキーパーソンと良好な関係を構築して売上げの最大化
- 本社のプライオリティに則った販売促進戦略を立案しKPIの設定と実行
- 管轄顧客の営業・検査現場の状況を的確に把握し、適切な売上げ予測を立案
- 本社のプライオリティ実践が加速できるようなアイデアを継続的に発信
- チームメンバーと適切なコミュニケーションを通じてメンバーを育成しチーム力の強化
- 事業部内の関連する各部門との良好なコミュニケーションの構築
- 事業部内における他事業部との相乗効果の実現
- 顧客満足度(CAS)向上のためのアクションプランを策定し、チームとともに実行し、CASの改善に努める
- *担当エリア 全国 / 出張頻度:月1~2回程度
- ※ご入社時は部下なしでのスタートですが、将来的にチームをリードいただく可能性がございます
■組織・チームの構成
チーム:営業1名、MSL1名、テクニカルサポート1名
マーケティング業務は上記メンバーが兼務しております。今回、マーケティング経験と営業経験を持つ方に参画いただき効果的なプロモーション計画の立案と実行を期待しております。

Requirements
■必須
- 5年以上の医療業界(医療機器、医薬品)における営業経験
- 5年以上のマーケティングの経験
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
目安:TOEIC 700点以上
学士号
- 営業企画立案と実行経験
- 基本的なMS Officeスキル (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
■尚可
営業組織もしくはマーケティング組織を率いた経験(部下複数名)Area Sales Manager もしくは Regional Sales Managerのご経験 体外診断用医薬品、臨床検査機器の営業経験セールスフォースを活用した管理経験
