Tagetik Japan株式会社 started its operations in Japan in 2015 as a global enterprise management software vendor headquartered in Italy. We specialize in providing management solutions to address challenges faced by accounting and financial planning departments, guiding companies towards growth. Our product, CCH Tagetik, has a high affinity with Japan's large enterprises. Known for its flexibility and rich standard features, CCH Tagetik is a one-stop, one-platform system that can handle both financial and non-financial information, trusted by numerous major corporations.
With its scalability and flexibility, once the package is implemented, simply adjusting the settings can meet various needs, reducing implementation costs and time. This minimizes the burden on client companies and ensures top-class customer satisfaction.

Among the top 10 revenue-generating companies in Japan, five have adopted our products. We continue to expand our market share, focusing on major companies such as leading automotive manufacturers, telecommunications companies, pharmaceutical companies, and apparel manufacturers.
Global Environment
After joining us, you will have the opportunity to stay in Italy for about a week to take qualification exams, travel to Singapore for events at the APAC headquarters, and experience a global working environment.

Requirements
- Experience in defining and implementing requirements for CPM, EPM, management accounting, and consolidation system products
- Intermediate level of English proficiency: ability to read and write

We are currently conducting recruitment for consultant positions. You will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting customers with the implementation of management software CCH Tagetik
- Providing best practices during the requirements definition and design phases
- Training customers on product knowledge as a trainer for companies that have become our partners
Upon joining, you will undergo a 20-day product training program. Following this, you will work on projects alongside existing team members, catching up on tasks as you progress.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of consulting theories, principles, and concepts, and exhibit a general understanding of industry practices and business drivers. They must plan and adjust their efforts to meet goals, solve problems following established policies, and conduct analyses to identify customized industry solutions based on industry knowledge and experience.
Consulting Role
We are seeking individuals who can support customers in implementing management software CCH Tagetik from a technical perspective in our consulting role. Collaborating with major consulting companies, you will be involved in requirement definition, development, implementation, and maintenance operations based on product knowledge and on-site needs. You will also conduct product training for clients and consulting partners.
