Job Title: Deskside Support Engineer

We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Deskside Support Engineer with experience in ServiceNow to join our team at Intersoft K.K. Inc., a global leader in Information Technology and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site support for end-users in Japanese and English, troubleshooting device and software issues.
  • Manage and update incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining documentation in both languages.
  • Assist users in best practices for ServiceNow and other IT tools.
  • C coordinate with teams to improve support services and adhere to IT security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 2+ years in IT support, with deskside support experience.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (Japanese-English), strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Windows and MacOS.
  • Knowledge of network basics and ServiceNow ITSM.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
