ADAS部門の技術力強化へ。SWアーキテクトチームを創り上げる、中心メンバーを募集。
[募集背景]
日系自動車メーカーとのADASビジネスが急拡大する中、私たちADAS部門は新たなフェーズへと移行します。それは、これまで海外拠点に多くを委ねてきたSWアーキテクトの役割を、部門内に確立するという大きな挑戦です。これは、部門の技術戦略における重要な一歩です。あなたには、ADAS部門におけるSWアーキテクトチームの立ち上げを担うコアメンバーとして、その基盤を築き、未来の成長を牽引する役割を期待しています。
[仕事内容]
日系大手自動車メーカー向けの特定のADAS開発プロジェクトにおいて、そのSW全体の技術的な方向性を定め、設計をリードする役割を担います。
- SWアーキテクチャの設計: プロジェクトの要求仕様と期間、予算といった制約の中で、最適なSWアーキテクチャを設計・提案します。
- 技術要件の具体化と実現性の担保: 顧客要求を分析し、プロジェクト内で実現するための技術的な道筋を示します。
- 開発チームへの技術的リード: プロジェクトに参加する開発チームに対し、設計意図を明確に伝え、一貫した方針で開発が進むよう、設計レビューや技術的なQ&Aを通じてサポートします。
- 外部コンポーネントとのインターフェース設計: 3rd party製SWを含む、システム内外の様々なコンポーネントとの依存関係を整理し、インターフェースを設計します。
- プロジェクト内の技術的課題の解決: プロジェクトの進行を妨げる複雑な技術的問題(性能、安定性など)に対し、SWアーキテクトとして根本原因の解析と解決策の提示を主導します。

職務要件
[必須の経験・スキル]
- SWアーキテクトとしての実務経験
- C/C++でのSW開発経験
- 日本語(ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル / N2以上)
- 英語(ビジネスレベル / TOEIC 700点以上目安)
- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
[歓迎する経験・スキル]
- 自動車用ECUのSW開発経験
- 海外拠点を含むグローバルなプロジェクトでの実務経験
- 顧客との直接の技術折衝・仕様策定の経験

[英語力]
海外チームとの会議進行、技術仕様の深い理解、複雑な技術折衝が可能なレベルが求められます。
[英語の使用頻度]
グローバルな開発体制のため、プロジェクト内のコミュニケーション(会議、メール、チャット)は、ほぼ全て英語で行われます。 日常的に英語を使い、スキルを向上させたい方には最適な環境です。
