Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery of facility management service for the assigned property and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors. As the facility manager, it will require reporting, information sharing, participating to required client's meeting etc. On-Site Day to Day Facility Management
• Supervision of facility management personnel
• Assist the client in administrating the facility related personnel on site
• Ensure the planned attendance for each position for all service hours, which follows statutory public holiday but may be changed by clients based on the actual needs.
• Plan the shift table / vacation table for all positions, promptly arrange substitute resources to ensure the quality of on-site service
• Inform clients and get necessary approval for any changes of resources planning by following the client's needs
• Assist to work with client's administration department
• Regularly collect and categorize relevant documents, submit to the client's administration department on regular basis
• Coordinate with the building property management team, collect maintenance documents of office building equipment
• Proactively assist and engage in client's relevant audit work, ensure the accuracy of all the audit materials submitted to the client's administration department
• Conduct facility management personnel's monthly performance evaluation
• Assist to verify monthly billing details between clients and suppliers, and to settle the payment following client's standard procedure, inspect and manage the documentations of each position outsourced
Work Inspection Management
• Timely track of consumables inventories to reduce wear and tear, and control cost
• Efficiently manage and monitor the work of security guard personnel.
• Effectively manage courier services (in and out).
• Understand access control card making procedure
Emergency Response Support
• Cooperate with the client on the regular evacuation drill
• In case of emergency, immediately respond and promptly report to client's administration team and other related stakeholders.

• Positive mind to improve for better service
Required skills
• Over 3 years' experience in Facility industry
• Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.
• Excellence in Japanese & English for both verbal and written, ability to attend meetings and communicate in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellence in people management
