【事業・組織構成の概要】

準天頂衛星(みちびき)の地上システムの整備、運用、維持を行っている部門で、PFI事業スキームを担うSPC(特別目的会社)の会社運営業務も行っています。

総勢60名程度の部門で6つのマネージャーグループで構成されています。

【職務内容】

準天頂衛星システムの事業において、NECを代表企業とする4社が出資し設立されたSPC(特別目的会社)である準天頂衛星システムサービス株式会社の会社運営業務を行います。

今後、新規プロジェクトも控えており、新会社設立から運営管理に関する以下のような幅広い分野の業務をご担当いただく予定です。

◆次期プロジェクトも含めて10年以上の長期事業であり安定した仕事です。長く事業に携わっていただける方を募集します

業務フローは体系的に確立しており、未経験者の方でも参画いただきやすく、また業務を一巡することで会社運営に関わる様々な経験を積んでいただけます。

・融資銀行団との資金調達に関する業務(融資条件の調整、事業収支計画等)

・各種契約書の締結(内閣府、地方自治体等)

・SPC取締役会、株主総会の対応

・土地建物等のSPC資産に対する保険付保対応

・決算や監査、国内外における納税対応

・その他、SPC会社運営に関する全ての業務

・新規事業の中核となる特別目的会社の設立から運営

・社会インフラを支える準天頂衛星システムを運用します。SPC会社運営業務を通じて「安全・安心・公平・効率」な社会の実現に貢献できます。

・営業・技術以外に法務、財務部門と直接連携し、会社運営業務を推進します。弁護士、司法書士、税理士にも判断を仰ぐ、経営に関する各種スキルを向上する機会が数多くあります。

・内閣府 宇宙基本計画の衛星7機体制以降、11機拡張に向けて新SPCを設立します。会社設立から運営業務まで経験可能です。

・現在のSPCは2032年まで、新SPCは2047年までと、長期的な運営に携わっていただきます。運営後のキャリアは本業務で培った経理財務、契約、事業運営に関するスキルを生かし、コーポレート職にも進んでいただくことが可能です。

<働き方>

・ご家庭をお持ちの社員はフレックスタイム制(遅出、早退、中抜け)を活用し、夕食の準備、お子さんのお迎えなど仕事と両立している環境です。男性の育休取得も増えています。

・入社直後は対面にてキャッチアップを進めていただきますが、徐々にリモートワークの比率を増やしていただけます。チームメンバーは週半分ぐらいリモートワークを行っております。

【MUST】

・経理、財務、原価管理など管理部門のご経験を3年以上

・社内外の関係者との折衝、交渉、調整の経験

・幅広い視点から主体的に取り組み、課題解決の上、業務遂行してくださる方。

・財務/経理/法務業務の経験

・PFI業務の経験

・事業計画/企画/営業の経験

・基礎的な経理知識

【想定報酬】

主任の場合:

・年収680万〜930万円程度

・月給44万〜61万円程度(月額基本給35万〜49万円程度を含む)

プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合 :

・年収930万〜1200万円程度

・月給58万〜80万円程度(月額基本給58万〜80万円程度を含む)

※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
