業務内容
<広島支店の更なる拡大に伴い、支店の運営を一緒に担ってくださる営業職を募集いたします>
企業のビジネス課題を把握し、企業のDXを支援します。
具体的には、以下の様な業務が挙げられます。
- 顧客へのヒアリング
最適なDXソリューションを提案するために必要な 顧客企業の現状の課題やニーズを深く理解します。
- 業務プロセスの可視化
企業内の様々な業務がどのように行われているのか把握します。
- ソリューション提案
顧客企業の課題に合わせて、業務効率化や価値創造を行うためのソリューションの提案を行います。
- 契約交渉
円滑にプロジェクトを進めるための契約条件を決定します。
- プロジェクト管理
提案したソリューションの実装を円滑に進めるためのプロジェクト管理を行います。
金融/物流/メーカー/官公庁など様々な業界企業を対象に、クライアントの業務体制・組織も変革改善しうる仕事が実現できます。
《提案例》
・システム開発(SES・受諾)/インフラ構築・運用保守(SES・業務委託)
・RPA導入支援
・ビッグデータ収集/分析/データ可視化/コンサルタント
・CRMなどのSaaS/在庫管理システムなどの業務アプリ開発/導入支援(Kintoneなど)
・BPO業務設計/運用
また、キャリアに応じて下記業務もお任せします。
- 広島支店の売上目標達成に向けた戦略立案および実行
- 部下の育成・指導、組織全体のマネジメント
- 本社や各拠点との連携強化
- 地域密着型の営業活動推進
- 新規事業の開拓
- 顧客との関係構築

- 下記のいずれかに該当される方(経験3年以上を想定)
・BtoB営業のご経験がある方
・IT業界において業務のご経験がある方
(エンジニア、セールスエンジニア、営業、コンサルタント、カスタマーサクセス職を想定しております)
