仕事内容


『営業事務|450万~800万円』リモート・フレックス可|月平均残業時間;7H|プライム上場IT企業

【仕事内容】

お客様と営業との間で契約が成立した後の事務処理を担当いただきます。

また、お客様のお問合わせ窓口となり受付対応も行います。

商品の発注、納品、売上計上、請求、回収業務

お客様の入電取次・お問い合わせ対応

<仕事のやりがい>

大手企業が顧客の営業部を担当しているため、売上は7部門中トップのシェアを占めております。取り扱う金額も非常に大きいですが、社への貢献を強く実感できます。また、同フロアに営業も勤務しておりますので営業活動の成果を直に感じることができます。

<業務は何名くらいで連携して行うのか>

営業をスタッフ1人当たり4~5名担当します。受注データの入力後、承認スタッフがチェックを行います。業務に偏りが起こらないよう、チーム制を取っており、1チーム当たり5名で協力体制を取っています。

<課内のメンバー構成>

新卒~ベテラン(50代)まで全22名の幅広い層の業務課です。課長職5名・係長職4名・主任職7名おります。男性スタッフが2名所属しています。

優しい性格のスタッフが多く、和やかな雰囲気の中で業務に取り組んでいます。

【年収・給与】

想定年収:約450万~800万月給:270,000~(諸手当含む)※手当金額は扶養状況や住宅形態により異なる昇給/年1回賞与/年2回(7月・12月)
