【具体的な仕事内容】

・ご利用者様の「いつもの生活」を支えるパートナー役

・ご自宅での安心・快適な時間づくりのサポート

・ご家族との信頼関係づくり

※最初は必ず先輩が同行。ゼロからプロを育てる育成前提の環境です。

重度訪問介護

入浴、食事、排泄、着替えなど、利用者様の日常生活を支援します。

居宅介護(身体介護・家事援助)

入浴、食事、排泄、着替え。

調理、掃除、洗濯、買い物代行など、利用者様の快適な生活をサポートします。

移動支援

通院や買い物の付き添い、レクリエーション活動の支援を担当します。

同行援護

視覚障がいがあり一人での外出が難しい方に同行し、

移動時や外出先において必要な情報提供や移動援助を行います。

行動援護

知的障害や精神障害のある利用者様の外出時に同行して、危険がないようにサポートします。

【1日の流れ】

09:00 ご利用者様宅へ直行、朝のケアサポート

12:00 ランチ休憩(自由に外食・カフェもOK)

14:00 午後の訪問・生活支援

18:00 直帰でプライベートも充実

  • 主な訪問エリア

中央区・新宿区・渋谷区・台東区・港区・などがメインです

23区対応しているため、住んでいるところから訪問しやすい場所での勤務も可能です

  • 訪問件数の目安

ー短時間の場合(1日あたり3~4件)

ー長時間の場合(1日あたり1件)

  • 居宅介護:1件あたり(約1時間)

  • 重度訪問介護:1件あたり(約5~7時間)

  • 試用期間あり(3ヶ月)

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万円 〜 26万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

月給 210,000円〜260,000円

※労働時間により給与が変わります。

(夜勤あり)月給230,000円~260,000円
