本求人は、株式会社ムクイルの案件に業務委託(フリーランス)ITコンサル/DXコンサル/PMOとして参画いただく募集です。

DX推進/業務改善/要件定義/PMO/WBS/進捗管理/課題管理/リスク管理/ベンダー管理などの経験を活かせます。

勤務地は東京都内近郊またはリモート併用(案件により出社頻度は異なります)。

主な業務内容

◎ 課題整理(As-Is)

・経営/事業/現場へのヒアリング設計・実施

・業務フロー/運用/データの流れの可視化、ボトルネック特定

・課題の構造化、優先順位付け、意思決定支援

◎ 施策設計・要件定義(To-Be)

・KPI設計、業務要件/システム要件の整理

・解決策の選定(業務改善、システム導入、データ連携、運用設計)

・要件定義書、業務フロー、画面/データ項目、権限設計、監査ログ等の整理

◎ 推進(PMO/プロジェクト運営)

・WBS/進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理、品質管理

・会議体運営(ファシリテーション、議事録作成、合意形成)

・ベンダー管理、受入テスト計画、移行/リリース計画、運用定着(案件による)

・IT/DX領域でのコンサルティング経験:2年以上(業務改善/要件整理/導入支援など)

・顧客ヒアリングを通じて、課題を構造化し、打ち手を整理・提案できる方

・業務フロー/運用の可視化(As-Is)と、To-Be設計(あるべき姿)の設計経験

・KPI/指標設計、優先順位付け、意思決定支援の経験
