仕事内容:

タイヤ専門店や大手量販店、カーディーラーなど、法人のお客さまに向け、ハンコックタイヤの販売を行っていただきます。

==【具体的には】==

■既存顧客フォロー(要望ヒアリング、商品説明、提案)

■新規開拓営業

■電話・メール対応

■資料作成

※月1~2回程度の国内出張あり。

※全体の9割が既存顧客への対応。

※法人営業のため個人顧客への営業はありません。

※フルリモートのため、社用車で取引先へ直行直帰していただきます。

<1日のスケジュール例>

▽出勤:午前中に出社・メールチェック

▽外出:エリア内の担当顧客先を訪問(目安4~5件程度)

▽退勤:メリハリをつけて早めに帰宅しましょう

<入社後の流れ>

▽1週目~:大阪本社で導入研修(各部署の説明・会社・商材についてなど)を実施

▽2週目~:OJT研修に移り、先輩社員が同行しながら細やかなレクチャーを行います

特に注目を集めているのはEVタイヤ(電気自動車の専用タイヤ)です ヨーロッパをはじめ海外でシェアが拡大しており、日本国内でも2024年から販売を開始。新たな高付加価値商材として販売のチャンスがあり、その第一人者として活躍できるチャンスです。

<必須>

・自動車業界で法人営業経験がある方

・普通自動車免許 (AT限定可)

<優遇>

・タイヤメーカー営業経験者

・車や関連部品などに興味がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 平日9:00~18:00(休憩60分、実働8時間)
  • 休日:土日祝日
  • 年間休日128日

※みなし労働時間制適用

  • 年間休日128日
  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝休)
  • 夏季、冬季、GW休暇あり
  • 有給休暇10日(入社半年経過以降)、時間単位年休制度あり

勤務地:

・担当エリア:九州地方

・ご自宅から担当先まで社有車で直行・直帰するフルリモートワークです。

給与:

  • 年俸制(年俸÷12ヶ月で月額換算)※年俸は経験他考慮の上、協議決定
  • 年俸とは別に、営業実績によりインセンティブ支給(賞与/年4回)※試用期間終了日の翌月から支給対象。
  • 退職金あり(入社3年経過以降)
