仕事内容:

上場グループ×医療ベンチャーの新規事業初期メンバーとして活躍

株式会社クリニックTVは、PR会社ベクトルグループと医療ベンチャーのセルエージェントがタッグを組んだ合弁会社。医療機関マッチングプラットフォーム事業やHRソリューション事業、BPO・PRO事業のローンチに向けて急ピッチで準備を進めています。東証プライム上場企業グループの安定基盤と、スタートアップならではのスピード感・成長性を兼ね備えた環境で、医療業界の人材課題解決に挑戦しませんか?

【主な仕事内容】

・新規顧客開拓(医療機関・法人向け)

・求職者とのキャリア面談・ヒアリング・求人紹介

・面接対策や入社決定までのフォロー、企業とのやりとり

・人材紹介事業の立ち上げに必要なオペレーション構築

医療業界未経験の方も歓迎 既に医療機関との強いコネクションがあり、先行提案したクリニック・病院からも高評価を得ています。将来的にはボードメンバーを目指すことも可能。新しい医療人材インフラを一緒に作り上げていきましょう。
