【仕事内容】

お客様の事業所にて、事業運営を円滑に進めるための事務サポート業務をお任せします。

常駐の先輩社員が丁寧にOJTで指導しますので、未経験の方もご安心ください。

<具体的な業務内容>

・書類のチェック、整理、納品業務

・お客様専用システムへのデータ入力、取得、登録作業

・資料のスキャン、デジタル化

・その他、オフィス業務全般のサポート

9:00 ~ 17:30 休憩時間12:00 ~ 13:00

1日6時間以上で、あなたの希望に合わせて柔軟に調整可能です。

例えば、

・9:00~16:00(お子さんのお迎えまで)

・9:30~16:30(午前中はゆっくり)

・9:00~17:30(フルタイムでしっかり稼ぐ)

など、面接時にご希望をお聞かせください。

オリエンテーションと基本的な業務研修を実施します

【勤務時間】

安定したリズムで働ける、月曜日から金曜日の週5日勤務です。

勤務時間は9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間)で、プライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。

入社日について:

ご希望に合わせて柔軟に対応いたします。お気軽にご相談ください。

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

基本給:時給 1350円 〜

給与例

(時給1350円×1日7.5時間×週5日×4週)

あなたの頑張りが、安定した収入に直結します。

定期的な昇給制度はありませんが、スキルアップや業務への貢献度に応じて、随時昇給のチャンスがあります。
