仕事内容


賃貸管理部管理事務グループにて入居様への対応、仲介業者様の対応をお任せします。

入居者様のお問合せ対応

入居者様の契約更新、解約などの各種手続き

仲介業者様の対応

目に見えないお客様の状況、心情を察知して臨機応変に対応ができる方

報告・連絡・相談・確認が円滑に行える方

事務業務経験(1年以上、業界不問)

一般的なPCスキル(Word、Excel)

宅地建物取引士を取得されている方
