【未経験からキャリアアップ急成長IT企業で営業職(管理職候補)募集】

今回は、今後の事業拡大を担う営業職(将来のマネージャー候補)を募集します

「営業として圧倒的に成長したい」「若いうちからマネジメントを経験したい」そんな方をお待ちしています。

【業務内容】

ITエンジニアと企業をつなぐ、法人営業としてご活躍いただきます。

将来的にはチームをまとめるマネージャーとしてのキャリアも見据えたポジションです。

・新規顧客への提案・アプローチ

・既存クライアントへのフォロー、継続提案

・採用課題に対する人材ソリューション提案

・登録スタッフの募集・採用対応(企画~面接まで)

・後輩メンバーの育成・指導(管理職候補)

自社がIT企業である強みを活かし、ITツールや最新技術を駆使した営業手法を身につけられます

【明確な評価制度とインセンティブ】

当社ではOKRを導入し、「数値目標」と「定性目標」の両面であなたの成果を評価します。

結果に応じて毎月インセンティブが支給されるので、頑張りがしっかり収入に反映されます。

KPI例:

・新規稼働人数 **人以上

定性評価例:

・タスクの優先順位をチームが正しく把握できている

・会議での発言が意思決定に活かされている

スピード昇格が可能なキャリアパス

役職は「メンバー マネージャー 部長 事業部長」の4ステップ。

最短6ヶ月で部長に昇格した実績があり、年齢・社歴に関係なくキャリアアップが可能です。

3ヶ月ごとに昇格目標が設定されるため、明確な指標のもと着実に成長できます。

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
