プロパティマネジメント(再生可能エネルギー分野)【東京/創業60年無借金経営/国内外で事業拡大中】

【仕事内容】

以下業務をお任せします。

・国(経済産業省、資源エネルギー庁等)や地方自治体、電力会社等における、法制度状況把握、マーケット動向把握、関係者協議、調整

・発電所及び蓄電所運営における不動産会社、メーカー、EPC、O&M等関係企業との連携、マネジメント

・維持管理計画に基づく進捗管理、改善計画、支払管理

・発電量や出力抑制状況、電力量推計や市場取引等監視モニタリング及びアラート対応

・現場等地域との協議・調整

・社内外におけるステークホルダーと連携した運営オペレーション

・事業価値の維持・向上と収益の最大化を図る分析・評価、各種シミュレーション

同社業務全般

【所属部署情報】

八千代グリーンエナジー株式会社での実務活動をメインに、事業開発部門への所属を想定しています。

全体で20名程度の人員にて、事業オペレーション(維持管理等)をメインでご担当いただきます。

現在、組織体制として、事業開発:5名+事業運営(ファイナンス等):5名で運営していますが、随時人員募集にて増加・拡充する予定です。
