仕事内容:

東京都認可の「織田ファッション専門学校」の専任教員です。

ファッションビジネス科の担当として授業や担当クラスの運営にも携わっていただきます。

単なる授業の指導だけでなく、基本的な学生指導(社会マナー等)や就職に関するアドバイスも重要な任務です。

学校行事の際の係の仕事や、校外研修や研修旅行の引率など、いわゆる「教員」業務を行います。

教職が未経験の方には先輩・上司が指導のコツ等を丁寧に指導します。

アピールポイント:

本校は1年・2年・専攻科の3学年からなる「ファッション」の専門学校です。全学年で200名以下の小規模校で、少人数制の丁寧な指導を行っています。

学生は主に20歳前後の男女です。

学生とのコミュニケーションを通じて若い感性から刺激を受け、自身の成長にもつながります。

また、学生達の成長を間近で感じることができるヤリガイある仕事です。

時代のニーズに合わせてカリキュラムを柔軟に展開し、社会で活躍できるファッション人材の養成に取り組んでいます。

学校と言うことで夏休み等の長期休みが取れるのもアピールポイントです。年間休日140日以上(実績)。

求める人材:

・ファッション業界での実務経験3年以上(販売、スタイリスト、バイヤー、MD、プレス等)、またはファッションビジネス分野での教育・指導経験のある方

・人とのコミュニケーションが得意な方(学生対応に必須です)

・教育に対して意欲的な方

*本学園の定年は60歳なため、60歳以上の方は対象外となります(65歳まで嘱託職員等として再雇用あり)。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務日:月~金

*学校行事にともなう土日勤務あり *代休対応

勤務時間:8:45~17:00 *定時

休暇・休日:

休日:土・日・祝日、創立記念日、年末年始、慶弔、夏期・冬期・春期休暇(代休・有休消化)

*夏期休暇は2週間以上連続して取得可

*有給休暇:初年度10日(入職6ヵ月後に付与)

勤務地:

校舎内は完全禁煙

アクセス:

JR 中央線・総武線、東京メトロ 東西線「中野」駅北口徒歩2分

*通勤は原則として公共交通機関の利用のみ(または徒歩)。

給与:

・交通費支給(月額上限3万円)

・賞与年2回(入職後3年目の標準支給率:年2ヵ月分)

・昇給年1回
