- サービス業務とルート営業を合わせたような業務となり、飛び込み営業はありません。
1日4~6件のお客様を訪問して、現状の衛生状態に最適な対策・改善方法や新しい技術のご案内を行います。定期点検や調査を行った上で問題点の改善提案が中心となります。最初は先輩社員が同行して業務内容をしっかりと教えてくれます。

時間外労働は20時間~30時間/月程度です。
この20時間分を含むと月給は24万2000円~35万8000円となります。
もちろん、時間外手当は労働した分支給します。
目標はありますが、ノルマのような給与に大きく影響するものはありません。目標未達でも月給が下がることはありません。
衛生管理を幅広く展開しているため覚えることが多そうで大変なイメージをされる方が居ますが、有害生物がどこから侵入してくるのか、なぜ発生するかの理解を理解することで様々な改善提案ができるようになります。

賞与は2年目から満額支給
【仕事内容】:
- 衛生管理状態の目視調査や有害生物の駆除作業
食品工場、飲食店、ホテルなどのお客様の担当として、毎月1回訪問し衛生状況を確認します。捕虫状況のモニタリング、機材のメンテナンス、有害生物の駆除が主な仕事となります。
- 衛生管理のコンサルタント
定期点検や調査を行った上で、現状のお客様のニーズ・衛生状態・環境に合わせて最適な対策・改善方法や新しい技術・サービスのご案内を行います。定期点検や調査を行った上で問題点の改善提案が中心となります。
サービス業務とコンサルタントを合わせたような業務となり、お客様から頼りにされる存在になれます。
9:00 出社、朝礼、準備
10:00~ お客様訪問(衛生管理を求める食品工場、飲食店等の契約先)
主な業務内容は、トラップや捕虫器のメンテナンス及び捕獲状況の把握(モニタリング)
これらの状況を踏まえ、現場調査、ヒアリング、衛生管理方法の提案
具体的には、工場内にトラップ機材を設置し「どこに、どんな害虫が、どのくらい発生するか」を確認した上で改善方法や技術のご案内をします。
※昆虫の知識はなくても大丈夫です。
※1日約4~6件のお客様を訪問

報告書作成や見積書作成等
18:00~19:00 退社
※慣れるまでは、先輩社員が同行し、書類の作成等も丁寧に指導します。
※現場訪問がない日は、書類の作成等を行っています。
※お客様の事情により時間を指定される場合があるため、変形労働時間制を導入しています。変形労働時間制は、5~10時間のシフトとなっており特に時間に指定がなければ、通常の勤務時間となります。

お客様先へのメンテナンス訪問や営業訪問では、会社の営業車を使用します。従って普通自自動車運転免許(AT限定可)は必須となります。
