【タクシー配車のお仕事】
葵区の「千代田タクシー」本社オフィスで
「タクシーで迎えに来て」とのご依頼に
対応する、配車事務のお仕事です。
<具体的には…>
(1) お客様からの依頼の電話を受け、
いつ・どこに配車をご希望かうかがいます
(2) ご希望内容をシステムに入力します。
(3) 専用システムから配車指示を出します。
その他、予約入力・登録情報の修正・
行き先の検索など、
専用システム操作のお仕事をお願いします。
<研修について>
現在活躍中のスタッフは、未経験で
入社した人ばかり。
お電話対応、システムの使い方とも
ていねいに研修をおこない、
あわてず対応できるように練習してから
実際の業務がスタート。

求めている人材
<必須条件>
〇 PCレベル
スムーズに文字入力ができればOK
(スムーズと言ってもブラインドタッチ
などは求めておりません。)

勤務時間詳細
シフト制での勤務で月に15日程度
①(月~土) 8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)
(日祝) 8:00~14:00
②(月~土)11:00~20:00(休憩1時間)
(日祝) 14:00~20:00
①と②の組み合わせで1か月のシフトを作成します。
週5・フルタイム勤務が望ましいです。
※扶養内での勤務は相談
休日休暇
シフト制
※シフト表は月1回発行します。
※勤務日数は要相談ですが、フルタイムで働ける方を歓迎しております。
※シフト起算日は毎月21日、翌月20日
までを1か月単位としております。
※有給休暇あり (法定通り付与)
有給休暇の取得率が高い職場です

基本給:時給 1100円 〜
