Job Description:

職務概要:

· Environment Health&Safety (EHS)エンジニアとして、富士工場がEHSマネジメントシステムの全要素を維持する。担当者として、継続的な改善を重ね、Fuji IOSS(Integrated Ownership of Safety System:安全システムの統合的オーナーシップ)の向上を推進する。

法規制の順守に関する責任:

· 富士工場が国内のEHS規制およびJ&JグローバルでのEHS基準・ガイドラインに準拠するようにする。

主な職務および責任:

· マネージャーと協働してEHSマネジメントシステムを計画、実行、維持する。

· プログラムチームリード兼ファシリテーターとして、富士工場におけるIOSS(Integrated Ownership of Safety Systems)の学習推進を行う。

· 主要なEHS戦略プロジェクトおよび変革推進イニシアティブのプロジェクト管理を行う。

· ISO 14001内部監査、グローバルEHS保証監査、第三者による法規制遵守監査(自己評価)プロセスのファシリテーターの一人として参画する。

· CAPA(是正処置・予防処置)の計画立案と期限どおりの完了監視を行う。

· EHS文化促進活動(例:EHS月間、IOSS年間活動)を推進する。

· 要請に応じて専門的見地から助言を行い、非定常作業が安全に実施されるよう確保する。

求められる教育/経験:

· 理系の学士以上。化学、環境科学、または安全関連分野であれば尚望ましいがマストではない。

職務経験:

· 外部候補者:外資系製造業またはEHSコンサルティング会社でのEHS経験1〜3年くらいの経験

· 社内候補者:特に要件なし(EH&Sの事前の経験不要)

知識、資格、及び技能: 望ましい資格/認証(あれば尚可):

· 安全管理者

· 防火管理者

· 衛生管理者

· 化学物質管理者

· 保護具管理責任者(PPE管理)

· 特別管理産業廃棄物管理責任者(特管産廃管理責任者)

語学スキル:

· 日本語:流暢(ネイティブレベル)

· 英語:日常会話レベル(上司は外国人だが、簡単な日常会話や翻訳機を駆使してコミュニケーションを取る意欲と英語学習向上心があれば可能)
