臨床検査分野、ライフサイエンス分野という2つの分野で事業を構成しており、幅広い製品・サービス・ソリューションをご提供しています。

プラントディレクター
は製造業務を監督し、安全性、品質、オンタイムデリバリー、生産性の目標を達成するための効果的なプロセスを確保することに重点を置きます。

グローバルオペレーション戦略の実行を担当し、工場での製造プロセスの管理と改善、生産性の向上、在庫の削減、DBSツールと文化の効果的な活用をお任せします。

■Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to the production schedule to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the quality department to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Drive the effective implementation of the internal tools to improve productivity
• Manage manufacturing budgeting and resource allocation, and monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Set and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for manufacturing operations.
• Lead the annual operation planning process, ensuring alignment with global operations imperatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing operation team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

応募条件

■必須

• 技術分野(電気工学、機械工学、または産業工学、もしくは関連分野が望ましい)の学士号または修士号
• 15年以上の製造業での経験
• 5年以上の管理職経験
• 財務パフォーマンスの推進要因を理解し、財務チームと緊密に連携してコスト改善を監視した経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
