東証プライム上場のセグエグループ中核事業会社。

グループ全体の業務拡大・IT活用強化に伴い、筆頭子会社であるジェイズ・コミュニケーションの情報システム部門にて、

社内ITインフラ・業務システムの運用および改善を推進するスタッフを募集いたします。

当部門では、グループ各社のネットワークやITセキュリティ、業務システムの導入・運用・活用支援を担当しており、

ITの幅広い分野に関わりながら、スキルを高められる環境があります。

  • 業務内容
  • 主な業務内容

・データ分析・活用基盤の整備

社内外データの収集・整備プロセスの再構築、データ可視化・分析環境の整備・運用

・基幹システム(NetSuite等)の運用・改善

障害対応、機能改修、業務改善に伴う改修・機能追加、グループ会社の拡大に伴う機能統合対応

・各種業務システムの導入・運用

ワークフロー、社内ポータル、SaaS管理、資産管理、など

・ITを活用した業務効率化の支援

各部門と連携し、業務効率化・自動化を支援

Microsoft 365:EntraID、Sharepoint、Teams、Power Query、PowerAutomate

Amazon Web Service、NetSuite(ERP/JavaScript)、Joomla

その他:社内業務システム全般、当社取扱のネットワーク/セキュリティ製品

  • 応募資格

【必須要件】

・情報システムに関する実務経験者(5年以上)

・システム設計・開発・運用経験者(2年以上)

【歓迎要件】

・業務システムや基幹システム(ERP等)の運用・保守経験

・Excel/Power Query、Power BI 等を用いたデータ分析やレポート整備の経験

・業務改善を目的としたツール導入・SaaS選定・システム見直しの経験

・IT部門として部門ユーザーと連携し、業務要件を整理・推進した経験

・ITインフラ(ネットワーク/セキュリティ/クラウド等)に関する基本的な理解

・技術的な背景を持ちながら、周囲と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
