<採用背景>
素形材事業部門では事業基盤強化を目的にシステム整備を計画しており、現在、国内製造拠点だけでなく海外製造拠点も含め、数多くのシステム開発プロジェクトが進められています。また24年度からは、DXも含めた業務改革の推進を本格化させており、それらに必要なシステム基盤の整備、レガシーシステムの刷新も計画しております。そのため、上記活動をともに企画・推進してくださる方を募集しています。

素形材事業部門 業務改革推進部 システム企画グループ
<配属予定部署の現在の組織体制>
業務改革推進部:部長+2グループ体制
└業務改革推進グループ:7名(プロジェクト支援)
└システム企画グループ:12名(システム企画・開発を推進・管理)
※今回はシステム企画グループへの配属を予定しています。
<配属予定部署のミッション、目指す姿>
業務改革推進部は、素形材事業部門のDX戦略を総括する役割を担っています。

【求める人材】
<必須の経験・スキル>
・高専卒以上(専攻は問いません)
・システムの上流工程(企画・要件定義・基本設計・詳細設計)経験
・PM/PLなどの経験
<あると好ましい経験・スキル>
・営業、生産管理、物流などの業務知識(基幹システムを取り扱うため)
・コンサルティングスキル(課題形成力)
<求める人物像>
・ITベンダーもしくは製造メーカーのシステム開発部署での実務経験
・今後、上流局面でのキャリアを歩みたいと考えている方
・製造業の業務プロセス(営業から製造、出荷、売上)について知識のある方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
