<仕事詳細>

創業40年の老舗割烹『秋与し(あきよし)』でのキッチンサポートのお仕事です。

難しい調理はすべて店長が行うので、あなたにお願いするのはその「お手伝い」だけ。

具体的にはこれだけ

  • 盛り付け

お皿にお料理をきれいに並べる(パズルのような感覚です)

  • 洗い場

食べ終わったお皿を洗う(食洗機もあるのでラクラク)

  • 店長のお手伝い

「次はこのお皿を出して」といった指示に応えるサポート

「人と話すのが少し苦手…」という方も、裏方として集中して働けます。

  • 怖くない店長

「修行」といった厳しい雰囲気は一切なし。

店長はスタッフを駅まで送るほど優しく、キッチン内もいつも和やかです。

自炊に役立つちょっとしたコツを、プロから自然に学べちゃいます。

【1日の流れ(例)】

  • 17:00〜

出勤。エプロンに着替えてお皿の準備。

  • 18:00〜

注文が入ったら店長の横で盛り付けのお手伝いやお皿洗い。

  • 21:00〜

ラストオーダー。キッチンの清掃と片付け。

  • 21:30〜

お待ちかねの「まかない」タイム(持ち帰りももちろんOK)

  • 22:00

退勤。お疲れ様でした

【秋与し(あきよし)について】

創業40年以上、落ち着いた雰囲気の老舗割烹料理店です。

お客様は50代~70代の大人世代が中心。

居酒屋やファミレス等とは違いゆっくりお食事する処なので、店内にはいつも落ち着いた空気が流れています。

法事やお食い初めなどで使われる事も多数。

店長も優しい人柄。

雨の日に駅まで送ってあげたりとスタッフ想いの店長です。
