提案型コンサルティング営業

■ 仕事内容

クライアント企業の「挑戦」や「成長」を支援する、

提案型のコンサルティング営業をお任せします。

本ポジションは、お客様と最も近い距離で向き合い、

課題を整理しながら売上や事業成長につながる施策を一緒に考える役割です。

取引先は、メーカー・商社・IT・広告・人材・流通など多岐にわたり、

経営者や事業責任者と直接やり取りをしながら、

「新事業の立ち上げ」「設備投資」などの重要な意思決定をサポートします。

「専門知識が必要そうで不安…」という方もご安心ください。

入社後は、専門知識ゼロから学べる研修制度と

先輩社員によるロールプレイング・同行サポートがあるため、

未経験からでも着実に成長できる環境です。

■ 具体的な業務内容

・電話やZoomでの打ち合わせを通じた、課題やニーズのヒアリング

・クライアントごとの状況に応じた営業アプローチの企画・提案

・事業計画やお困りごとを踏まえ、活用可能な補助金・助成金のご提案

※無理な売り込みではなく、「課題整理・提案」が中心の営業スタイルです。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,406 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥62,800(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
