全社の中長期的ビジョン及び戦略実現のため、採用担当シニアスペシャリストは、優秀な将来を担う人材を確保するために、社内外の関係者と連携し、採用活動の実行の中心となり、課題解決に向けて自律的に業務を遂行する。
また採用活動における募集・契約更改など一連のプロセスを管理し、日本における規制や法律との整合性が保たれていることを確保する。
さらに採用のプロフェッショナルとして、下位メンバーの手本となることが期待され、マネージャーとともに所属組織メンバーの育成にあたる。
- 採用マネージャーやHRBPと密接に連携し、採用ニーズを把握し、各役割の採用戦略を策定する。
- HRBPや採用マネージャーとの採用ニーズ分析から、インテーク面接、ソーシング、選考、オファー準備、入社に至るまで、エンドツーエンドの採用サービスを提供する。
- 採用マネージャーをサポートし、候補者を惹きつけるための職務記述書を作成し、関連ポスティングサイトへの掲載を管理する。
- 事前スクリーニング、面接、内定を含む採用プロセスの全側面を管理する。
- 応募者追跡システム(ATS)の更新、会社プロセスに沿った経歴確認の調整、すべてのフォローアップコミュニケーションの管理。
- 採用プロセスに関する会社の方針と手順を維持し、推進する。
- TA若手チームメンバーの模範となり、必要に応じてサポートする。
- 8年以上の人事業務経験
- 最低3年以上の採用経験。
- 適応力、柔軟性、解決志向があり、学習能力が高い。
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと協調性
- プレッシャーに負けず、複数のタスクに優先順位をつけて取り組む強い能力
- 機密情報の機密性を維持するために他者に影響を与えるなど、機密情報を必須で管理する能力。
- 顧客志向が強い(社内外問わず)。
- 戦略的、行動的、熱意があり、率先して行動がとれる人
- 高い意欲、目標達成意欲、結果志向、チームプレーヤー
- 製薬もしくはヘルスケア業界における経験があれば尚可
- 語学力:ネイティブレベルの日本語および日常会話の英語。ビジネスレベルの英語があれば尚可。
