Description
As an expert in product and patient needs, you will visit specialist doctors. Build long-term relationships with key customers and contribute to sales.
- Facility account management:
- Collect necessary information to expand adoption and prescriptions at target facilities, develop plans for adoption and prescription expansion.
- Lead adoption and prescription acquisition through appropriate information gathering and provision to key stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, medical staff, wholesale MS) at facilities based on adoption and prescription expansion plans.
- Collaborate with other area MRs at facilities to provide necessary information to facility stakeholders at the right time. - Lead symposiums in assigned area:
- Collaborate with other area MRs to plan, operate, and follow up on seminars in the assigned area (including those aimed at hospital-clinic collaboration). - Lead collaborative attitudes:
- Take actions to achieve results with internal and external stakeholders (MRs in the same area/other areas, wholesale MS, alliance maker MRs, etc.) towards business success. - Share success stories and knowledge:
- Share knowledge and skills gained through personal successful experiences and information on assigned products with other MRs to contribute to the success of others. - Conduct information provision activities in compliance:
- Implement appropriate information provision activities in accordance with industry rules and internal rules.
Qualification (Experience & Skill)
【Experience】
At least 3 years of MR experience (no specific area required)
Currently employed in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in core hospitals
Experience in adopting new products
Experience as an MR in remote detailing
【License】
MR certification
Regular driver's license
【Skill-set】
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and solve problems
- Demonstrate leadership and a proactive attitude in performing work tasks
Able to empathize with AZ Value
