仕事内容:

守山区竜泉寺での有料老人ホーム介護職のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

食事介助:利用者さんの食事のサポートを丁寧に行います。

着替えサポート:身だしなみを整えるお手伝いをします。

トイレ・入浴介助:日常生活の基本的な介助業務を担当します。

就寝中の見守り:夜勤時の安全確認と見守りを行います。

【1日の流れ】

典型的な日勤の場合、朝の出勤・ミーティングから始まり、検温、水分補給、入浴介助、排泄介助、レクリエーション、巡室、食事介助、休憩、午後のレクリエーション、排泄介助、記録、個別対応、申し送りと続き、夕方に退勤となります。夜勤の場合は、夕方から翌朝までの勤務となります。

プロからコーヒー研修を受けることができ、利用者様に喫茶店と同じようなコーヒーを提供するスキルを身につけられます。未経験の方には、わからないことをイチから丁寧にお教えするので安心してスタートできます。より良いアイデアがあれば積極的に発信しながら、みんなでより良い職場を作り上げていける環境です。

・07:00~16:00

家庭等のご都合にも合わせて、スタッフ同士協力しながらシフトを決めていきます
