ビー・ブラウングループのCoE Infusion and Pain Therapyの中核に位置する栃木工場において、グループの各拠点に注射針を、拠点からの要求をもとに、生産計画を立案し、製造日程及び海外出荷までの管理を行い、継続的に安定した供給を実現することに貢献する非常に重要でやりがいのあるポジションです。
社内外のステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、シームレスなサプライソリューションを提供することで、業務の円滑な運営、サプライチェーンプロセスの同期、そして適切な製品を適切な場所に適切なタイミングで確実に届けることを実現します。工場のリーダーシップチームの中核メンバーとして、適切な業務プロセスやショップフロアマネジメントの確立、組織編制・育成へも貢献します。業務への貢献度や適性を見て、Senior Manager候補としての育成も考えています。
- 海外拠点と協力し、生産をするためのプロセスを計画し構築する。
- 生産量の増強や生産の効率化のために外注に関連する業務を推進する。
- 製品や部品の図面の情報伝達、格納等のシステムを確立し実行する。
- 海外拠点から得た中期計画をもとに生産設備、投資の必要性を提案し業務を推進する。
- 生産計画プロセスの標準化を推進する。
- コスト削減、品質改善のためのプロセスの変更を理解して業務を推進する。
- 生産計画上問題解決のために適切な手法を用いて対策・改善を行う。
- SC管理部のタスク達成のため、部下のマネジメント・育成を行う。
必須条件(経験、スキル、資格など)
:
- 大学卒業以上
- 生産管理業務、または生産計画に関わる業務経験 3年以上
- 業務における英語資料経験(日々海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが必要)
- ピープルマネジメント経験
- 生産(プロセス・機械・設備)に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
- PCスキル; MS Excel、Wordを使える方
- SAP経験者歓迎
