Role Purpose
Lead designated elements within a global account team to achieve an effective customer relationship and GKN Automotives business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Act as the primary customer representative within GKN Automotive, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain customer data (pricing, contracts) and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support key business processes (NBA, iDash/SIOP, RFQs) and prepare quotations and offers.
- Review RFQs and related documents, coordinate feasibility and contractual checks.
- Contribute to account planning (5YP, budgeting, demand planning) and monitor sales performance.
- Understand and manage customer agreements; liaise with legal when needed.
- Ensure compliance with GKN processes, policies, and standards (including Anti-Bribery rules).
- Develop and execute customer strategy; maintain deep knowledge of customer needs and market trends.
- Build strong relationships through visits and technical events; represent GKN Automotive at customer level.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, design changes, and new business opportunities.
- Drive VAVE activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Knowledg e of Demand Management, Budget i n g , Pricing and Cost Interrogation.

業務詳細
社内業務
- 顧客情報の社内共有、課題対応進捗フォロー
- 顧客データベース(価格、契約など)の管理と関連部門との連携
- NBA、iDash、SIOP、eRFQ、プログラム管理プロセスへの入力
- NBAドキュメント作成、NBA-Qのリード、関連部門との調整
- 顧客RFQ前の準備、NBA-Sのサポート
- 顧客RFQおよび関連資料の確認、社内チェック(実現可能性、契約内容)依頼
- ISO監査対応のための文書管理
- 見積書、技術・商業提案の作成
- 中長期販売計画(5年計画、予算、需要予測)の策定
- 売上実績の管理、予算差異分析、改善策の提案
- 顧客契約・ライセンス契約のレビュー、法務部門との連携
- 社内承認プロセスの遵守、重要案件のエスカレーション
- GKN標準プロセス・コンプライアンスの遵守(安全、環境ほか)

- 顧客戦略の策定・実行支援
- 顧客の技術要件、市場ポジション、車両戦略、購買戦略、競合状況の把握
- 顧客との協業活動の提案および遂行
- 顧客訪問や技術イベントを通じた関係構築・ネットワーク形成
- 顧客満足度のモニタリングと改善策の実施
- 顧客との交渉(設計変更、サプライヤー変更、生産移管、価格交渉、新規ビジネス)
- 交渉前の戦略策定(価格調整、資料準備、技術説明)
- VAVE(Value Analysis/Value Engineering)活動のリード
応募資格
- 大学卒業(工学部または経済学部など)または同等の経験
- 自動車業界での経験(Tier1サプライヤーでの実績がある方) (歓迎:Powertrain製品に知見がある方)
- 高度なデータ分析力(コスト、予算、市場データなど多次元データの管理・分析・要約が可能)
- Excel、Microsoft Office全般スキル
- 需要管理、予算策定、価格設定の知識
- 顧客対応経験、詳細なコストモデルを用いた交渉スキル
- 優れた文章力・コミュニケーション能力(日本語・英語)
- 必須言語: 日本語および英語(ともに上級レベル)
