仕事内容:

当社は、主力ブランド『AMPLEUR(アンプルール)』をはじめとして、スキンケア化粧品の企画から販売までを一貫して手がける化粧品メーカーです。

ECサイト・直営店舗・卸販売など多様なチャネルを通じて事業を展開し、近年はアジアを中心に海外進出も進めています。

今回募集する【広報・PR】ポジションは、商品やブランドの魅力を「知ってもらう」だけでなく、「信頼して選んでもらう」ために重要な役割です。

具体的にお任せするのは・・・

SNS運営

自社SNS(Instagram・Twitter等)でフォロワーが参加したくなる仕掛けをつくり、日常的にブランドの世界観を発信します。

インフルエンサー施策

信頼できるインフルエンサーと協力し、「実際に使ってみた声」を広げます。ファンづくりに直結する大切な仕事です。

イベント・メディア連動企画

店舗での体験イベントやメディアと組んだ施策を企画し、お客様と直接つながる機会をつくります。ブランドを"体感"してもらえる瞬間です。

リサーチ・分析

SNSの反応や競合の動きを分析し、「次はどう仕掛けるか」を社内の販促企画チームに提案。数字をもとに改善を重ねていきます。

プレス業務・会社PR

取材対応やプレスリリース作成、会社案内の制作など、企業全体の発信も担います。社会にブランドの存在感を広げる役割です。

アピールポイント:

スキンケア化粧品の広報・PRは「派手にアピールする仕事」ではありません。

むしろ、一つひとつの発信をていねいに積み重ね、ブランドの信頼を育てていくための大切な役割です。

また、SNS・イベント・インフルエンサー・メディア…と多彩な業務を経験できるからこそ、自分のアイデアを試しながら成長していけます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥41,000〜¥66,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
