指定地域における労働衛生に関する規制、基準、ベスト プラクティスの知識。
危険要因の特定、リスク評価、管理対策など、労働衛生の原則を理解していること。
データ分析とレポート作成に習熟していること。
優れたコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、優れたリーダーシップ、管理スキル、問題解決能力。
必要に応じて地域内での出張に対応できること。

業務内容
業界のベスト プラクティスと規制要件に沿った、またはそれらを超える、一貫性のある地域労働衛生ビジョンと戦略を策定し、主導する。
労働衛生に関連する地方、州、連邦の法律に関する深い専門知識を維持し、向上させる。
労働衛生基準が実施され、継続的に改善されるように、社内外の関係者と定期的に連携して業務を遂行する。
健康増進を図り、職場のリスク要因を特定して軽減し、業務上の疾病や怪我を最小限に抑えるため、予防的な労働衛生文化を構築して提供する。
