副責任者候補としてチームを牽引していただきます。

現場の実務はもちろん、鹿島建設グループの品質を守る

マネジメント業務をお任せします。

【仕事内容】

データセンターで常駐設備員として、建物管理業務を行うお仕事です。

所長を補佐して現場運営とチームマネジメントを行います。

・電気・衛生・空調・防災・建物設備の巡回点検や定期点検

・設備の保守、保全

・トラブル発生時の対応、専門業者への修理依頼

・得意先や協力会社との折衝

・緊急対応、一次対応業務

・報告書の作成 など

・エネルギー管理士、施工管理技士(管・電気・建築・電気通信)

勤務時間・曜日:

<日勤のみ>

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※原則土日祝日休み

給与:

【給与】

月給:290,000円~350,000円+各種手当/賞与年2回)

※試用期間:3ヶ月(待遇変化なし)

※能力・経験・保有資格等により給与を決定します。

特に現場責任者・電気主任技術者の選任・施工管理経験をお持ちの方、

優遇させていただきます。
