仕事内容:

私たちテーラーメイドゴルフでは、

ゴルフクラブやボールの製造・販売にとどまらず、

アパレル、バッグ、アクセサリーといった

ソフトグッズの展開にも注力しています。

今回募集するポジションは、このソフトグッズ部門で

バッグ、グローブ、キャップなどのソフトグッズ製品づくりを企画チームと連携しながら

品質管理業務をサポートする役割です。

<職務概要>

バッグやアクセサリーの生産管理、品質・コスト管理など幅広い範囲をお任せします。

・生産スケジュール管理:サンプルおよび量産品の納期に基づくスケジュール調整

・検品業務:サンプル及び量産品の品質検査サポート

・品質基準管理:素材や製品に関する品質基準(堅牢度、耐久性、有害物質等)の確認

・コスト分析:仕入コストおよび製造コストの分析支援

・原因調査:不良品やクレーム品の原因究明および改善提案

・PCスキル

・Excelを使った基本的な操作

・Outlookを使ったメールのやり取り

・Adobe Illustratorの操作スキル

・海外工場とのやり取りや輸入業務の経験

・バッグ・グローブ・キャップ・アパレルやスポーツメーカーでの品質管理経験

└素材選定、検品、製造工程管理などの実務経験がある方

・品質基準の知識

└堅牢度、耐久性、有害物質等の品質評価基準に関する知識

・生産プロセスへの理解

└縫製や製造工程に関する基礎知識、コスト構造の理解

・調整力

└工場やサプライヤーとのスムーズなコミュニケーションと交渉力

勤務時間・曜日:

*実働 7.5時間 【例】9:30-18:00 / 10:00-18:30(休憩1時間)

フレックスタイム制を導入しています

給与:

月給 375,000円 ~ 458,333円 (※想定年収 5,175,000円 ~ 6,325,000円)

※上記の年収には業績連動賞与(100%達成時に年収の15%※業績により変動)が加算されています。

※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。
