仕事内容
当社独自空気浄化技術「プラズマクラスター」を搭載した空気清浄機、美容家電、季節家電、まだ世の中に無い新規商品などの商品企画業務を担っていただきます。市場・顧客ニーズを分析しながら商品コンセプトを立案。技術・営業・デザイン・経理・生産・販促・広報など様々な関連部門と連携しながら商品を投入していきます。上長サポートを受けながら事業計画立案も担っていただくなど、将来的にマネージャー職への昇格も期待できるポジションです。
<具体的な業務内容>
・実売データ、マーケティング調査、幅広い商品カテゴリの情報収集、分析
・社内関連部門との綿密なMTG。事業視点、採算性、商品性、環境面などの整理。商品コンセプトの立案。
・社内プレゼン資料、社外商談資料の作成、営業部門との連携商談の実施
・プロモーション施策の検討・実施。新製品発表会の準備・開催

空気清浄機やエアコンなどの白物家電、他企業様へのデバイス搭載などプラズマクラスターは2021年度に累計1億台を突破しました。昨今、空気に対する関心の高まりだけでなく、環境配慮に対する顧客ニーズの変化など新規商品創出のチャンスが増えています。自ら企画した商品が店頭やインターネットなど身近で確認できるやりがいのある業務です。また職種柄、経営幹部との距離も近く、自由闊達な発言や提案がしやすい組織風土であり、志ある方がのびのびと成長できる環境が整っています。
