仕事内容
本社内にある指令センター(管制室)に常駐し、モニター監視や有事の際には
現場スタッフへ指示を出す業務です。
【具体的には】
- 電話への応対
コールセンターから届く「駐車場のバーが上がらない」などの連絡に応答します。
各種事務作業
報告書の作成や社内事務作業など
モニター監視
トラブルが発生していないかを確認します。
現場担当者への指示
- 指令センターから「で警報が作動」などのアラートを受け、現場の警備スタッフに
知らせ指示を出します。
1ヶ月間の出勤は17日(日勤9日・夜勤8日)を想定。
お休みが多いので、プライベートの時間もしっかりとれる働き方が可能です。
前職で休日出勤や残業が多く、ワークライフバランスが保てず転職を決意したなどといった方にはもってこいの職場です。
給与
月給221,000円~236,000円+残業手当+夜勤手当+深夜割増
- 想定年収3,000,000円~3,500,000円
- 残業代は全額支給
- 別途賞与・諸手当(夜勤手当など)を支給(昨年度賞与実績:2.8ヶ月分)
- 上記は最低保証額です。
- 年1回の給与改定があり、毎年、月給が上がります。
試用期間:3ヶ月(労働条件に関しては本採用時と同じ)

勤務曜日・時間
・日勤/8:30~20:30 (実働10時間、休憩2時間)
・夜勤/20:30~翌8:30 (実働10時間、休憩2時間)
- 更衣(出勤・退勤時の5分)と引継ぎ時間10分も残業時間にカウント
1カ月単位の変形労働時間制
1カ月の総所定労働時間170時間
1勤務、10時間実働になる為、月の出勤日数は17日程度
資格・経験
18歳以上(警備業)
年齢制限理由:長期勤続によるキャリア形成を図る観点から、若年者等を期間の定めのない労働契約の対象として募集・採用する場合
休日・休暇
シフト制(月11~13日休)、慶弔休暇、有給休暇、その他休暇あり
年間休日110日程度 ※別途夜勤明け休みあり
待遇
