主にコインパーキングや大型マンションが多いです。
待機所にもよりますが、1日5~6件ほどです。
出動時以外は、待機所での待機になります。実際の稼働は6時間ほどです。
学歴不問、必要な知識やスキルは入社後に覚えればOK。
研修や講習が充実しているので、未経験からでも安心してスタートできます。

仕事内容
防犯機器が作動したら現場へ駆けつけ、状況に応じて関係各所に連絡をするなどの初期対応が主となります。
基本的には各待機所にて待機をし、事務仕事をするので警備のお仕事の中でも比較的身体への負担も少なく、長く続けている社員も多数いらっしゃいます。
また、入社した方の大半は未経験での入社になりますので、警備会社で働いたことのない方でも安心して働いていただけます。
1ヶ月間の出勤は17日(日勤9日・夜勤8日)を想定。
お休みが多いので、プライベートの時間もしっかりとれる働き方が可能です。
前職で休日出勤や残業が多く、ワークライフバランスが保てず転職を決意したなどといった方にはもってこいの職場です。
警備業法で定められた教育に加えて、各営業所で警備指導教育責任者を配置して教育訓練を実施しています。有資格者によって全ての警備に対応できるよう、各種資格取得を奨励。さらなるスキルアップを目指し、日々研鑽に励んでいます。
給与
月給221,000円~236,000円+残業手当+夜勤手当+深夜割増
- 想定年収3,000,000円~3,500,000円
- 残業代は全額支給
- 別途賞与・諸手当(夜勤手当など)を支給(昨年度賞与実績:2.6ヶ月分)
- 上記は最低保証額です。
- 年1回の給与改定があり、毎年、月給が上がります。
試用期間:3ヶ月(労働条件に関しては本採用時と同じ)
